We took photos of some illustrations from a story called The Mousehole Cat. Then we put the photos in a frame using an app called Pic Collage. We thought about what was happening in those parts of the story and made up an opener for each section. We had to select a font, change the font colour and change the background colour.  The Mousehole Cat.  Later we searched the internet for a picture of a flowering plant with roots and used it in an app called Skitch. We used arrows and text to label the flower, stem, leaf and root. Can you remember which is which?  In our afternoon session we worked on controlling a bee-bot around different paths using left and right, forwards and backwards.  We wrote programs to control Daisy the Dinosaur.
